There is something about a little child's profile that is so beautiful - and not just because she's mine - any child's profile. The roundness, the eyelashes, the pre-pubescent skin.....
Even Tulip has enjoyed the sun. She usually does not spend a lot of time outside. If we moved the couch out there she probably would, but she's not willing to help with the moving so it's her loss.
She picked up a scent and for a brief moment I thought her Basset instincts would take over and she would go on a hunt. But then she went back to sleep.
